The Miller Piano family is proud to host our 2nd annual “Fun Recital" at Miller Piano Specialists show floor on Saturday, January, 28, 2012 at 11:00 am. This showcases the musical “fun” individuals can have playing the piano. It is free of charge and open to contestants ages 5-18 years of age.
The performers are judged by a panel of music industry professionals. Performers are encouraged to just “have fun”. Pick out a song you love, use props, costuming or anything you can think of to make your performance entertaining for the audience and yourself. Every performer will receive a certificate of participation, and a prize for entering. A first, second and third place prize will be given to the top three performers.
Last year we gave tickets to 6 Flags, gift certificates to Music and Arts and movie passes. We will have a small reception and light lunch following the performances. Parent are more than welcome to dress up also! Let’s make this a “Fun” day for everyone. Seating and entry positions are limited, so please fill out the application and send it in as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
