You get the guaranteed lowest price, or we will pay you 150% of the Difference!
- If you find a lower advertised price on radio, television, newspaper, or the internet from a factory authorized retailer, in stock, and ready for immediate delivery, on a new identical piano or organ ("item"), just show us the lower price when you buy from us or within 30 days after your purchase from us - and we'll give you 150% of the difference. Be sure to get your copy of the Price Certification Form that you fill out at Miller Piano as proof of your claim. Miller reserves the right to authenticate any claim of a lower price prior to issuing any refund.
- Miller also reserves the right to purchase the lower priced item on your behalf and to trade the item you bought from Miller ("trade item") with the item advertised at a lower price. The trade item condition must be in like-new condition, and you agree to pay for any damage, scuff marks, repairs, or other items needed to restore the piano or organ you purchased at Miller to full new value. Price must include freight charge to ship to your location plus the value of one free tuning. Identical means that the piano or organ must be new, not previously owned, and have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty and be in the identical condition as Miller's item. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components, color, style, and options. Demo models, close-outs, factory seconds, discontinued merchandise, floor samples, and one-of-a-kinds are not included.
- Available rebates will be deducted from the Miller price to come up with a net Miller price when calculating the price match. For example, if you buy a piano or organ from us for $10,000, and we offer a $1,000 rebate, the net price is $9,000. If the item is available from another company for $9,000 or more, there will be no price match. If that item is available from the competitor for $8,000 for example, and includes freight to ship and deliver to your location, then we would owe you 150% of the difference amount of $1,000, or $1,500. When comparing our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent shipping and handling charges will be included. If proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges is not supplied, then we will add the fair market value of shipping and setup to the other company's price. Pricing comparison does not cover and does not include any federal, state, and local taxes on your purchase. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Miller does not carry the free or discounted item, there will be no price match. For example, if another company offers a free product with the purchase of a piano or organ, and Miller's price for the item is equal to the other company's price for the identical item, there will be no price match if Miller does not carry the free product being offered.
- We may limit the quantity of an item that may be price-matched. For example, if the other company limits the number you may buy, we may also limit the number. In addition, Miller reserves the right to limit quantities sold to a Customer.
- Price guarantee match is for end-user customers only. Dealers are excluded from our price guarantee match. This policy is subject to change without notice at anytime prior to your purchase.
100% Lifetime Trade Up Credit
- If at anytime you decide that you would like to trade up your acoustic piano for a higher quality instrument (such as from a Vertical to a Grand or from Entry or Student Level to Artist Level) offered by our company, we will give you 100% (one hundred per cent) of the purchase price you paid us, for as long as you own your piano, to apply toward the purchase price of the higher-quality model you choose. Your trade must be in good condition only showing signs of normal wear and tear and must not have been abused, damaged, or serviced by a non factory-authorized technician.
30-Day Full Exchange Guarantee
- If you don't like your new purchase for ANY reason, we will make a one-time exchange of your piano or organ within 30 days of your purchase when the item is returned, at your expense, in its originally purchased condition, for an equal or greater value piano or organ.
- In the event of a greater value exchange, you agree to pay the price difference plus applicable sales tax.
- Originally purchased condition means you agree to pay for any damage, scuff marks, repairs, or other items needed to restore the piano or organ you purchased at Miller to full new value prior to exchange.
